Stephanie E. Dankel is an associate attorney at CRCBL. She received her undergraduate degree from Clemson University, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

Stephanie is dedicated to the well-being of children and families. Prior to becoming an attorney, Stephanie worked as a foster care social worker in South Carolina. As a social worker, Stephanie gained experience working with families in the legal system. Stephanie’s experience prompted her to attend law school in order to learn how to better serve children and families as they navigate difficult life circumstances.

Stephanie E. Dankel is an associate attorney at Cooper Ramp Cage Bucar Lewis, LLC. Stephanie is passionate about finding creative solutions and aiding families through the legal process. She received her undergraduate degree from Clemson University, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

Stephanie is dedicated to the well-being of children and families. Prior to becoming an attorney, Stephanie worked as a foster care social worker. Stephanie’s experience as a social worker prompted her to attend law school in order to learn how to better serve children and families as they navigate difficult life circumstances. Throughout law school, Stephanie had the privilege of working with judicial officers and attorneys who are passionate about building and reforming the field of family law in Colorado. Stephanie interned with Justice Brian Boatright of the Colorado Supreme Court, Judge David Furman of the Colorado Court of Appeals, Judge Laurie Clark of Denver Juvenile Court, and the Department of Human Services Foster Care Legal Division. Stephanie’s experience in both the private and public sector of juvenile and family law has given her valuable insight into the emotional, mental, and financial toll families may endure throughout the legal process.

Stephanie’s sole focus as an attorney is family law, including the allocation of parental responsibilities, divorce, grandparent visitation, adoption, and post-decree modifications. Stephanie is also a certified mediator.

Stephanie has authored various publications, including Parenting Plan for the COVID-19 Pandemic Era, The MVL Family Law Court Program, and the Juvenile Case Law Update. In 2022, Stephanie was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. Stephanie serves on the CBA YLD Executive Counsel and volunteers with Metro Volunteer Lawyers.

Stephanie and her husband Ben are Denver County foster parents. Stephanie and Ben enjoy vegetable gardening and caring for their backyard chickens. In her spare time, Stephanie also enjoys skiing, biking, and traveling.
