Here for you.
Throughout his career, Nate has been a strong believer that the best outcome for families is achieved when parties are able to resolve their disputes through an amicable settlement that allows them to dictate the direction of their lives and determine what is best for their children. For over a decade, Nate has grounded his practice in this principal, while also zealously litigating his client’s position in court, when settlement is not possible.
In 2018, Nate furthered his passion for conflict resolution by expanding his practice to include mediation, arbitration, mediation/arbitration, and Parent Coordinator and Decision Maker (PC/DM) services. After having a hybrid practice for several years, Nate now exclusively provides ADR services and is available for mediations with or without counsel and PC/DM appointments. Nate also encourages parties and counsel to consider arbitration and mediation/arbitration as a means of resolving contested issues or family law cases and avoiding a more rigid court proceeding.
Nate is also an instructor with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) and continues to provide litigation support to the attorneys at CRCBL.
